MICHIGAN  STOCK  EXCHANGE

BUSINESS DESCRIPTION AND CONCEPT:
The concept of a business plan for a new business organized as the "Michigan Stock Exchange" is as follows:
The exchange located in Michigan, when organized, would provide similar functions that the New York Stock Exchange does on a National level.  The Michigan Stock Exchange would operate only in Michigan, serving Michigan corporations only, on an intrastate basis.
The exchange would provide a Central Market Forum for the following financial and stock services:
1 )  Provide equity capital markets for existing Michigan corporations (equity is cheaper than debt).
    2)  Provide equity capital markets for new start up corporations (equity is cheaper than debt).
    3)  Engage in initial public offerings (IPOs) of stock for start up companies in Michigan.
    4) Provide a stock exchange or central marketing forum for the Michigan public to be able to sell or buy
shares of stock from Michigan corporations  in areas of manufacturing, banking, computer companies,
medical, etc.  This field is wide open.

ORGANIZATION:

We are in the process of organizing the Michigan Stock Exchange to operate on a intrastate basis only.  We are seeking SEC approval and exemption through the law firm of Mika, Meyers, Beckett and Jones of Grand Rapids, Michigan.  Our company attorney is Ben Zainea of that law firm.  Any constructive business thoughts or ideas should be emailed to us at: mistockexchange@mistockexchange.com.
